The following terms & conditions apply to all sales from this web site and the delivery of products and information to our clients. Latin Distinction reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Customers are advised to recheck the terms and conditions at time of purchase.
The information contained on our Website is provided by us in good favour on an “as is” basis. However, we make no representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the information contained on our Website.
Security and Protection of our Website
You must not interfere or attempt to interfere with our Website using any software program, routine or other activity.
You must not user block, obscure, overwrite or modify any content on our Website.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, re-publish, upload to a third party, transmit, post or distribute the contents of our Website electronically or otherwise without our express authorisation.
In addition, you must not, in connection with our Website, submit any content or information to us that may contain any malicious code, data or set of instructions that intentionally or unintentionally causes harm or subverts or adversely affects the intended function of our Website including, viruses, trojan horses, worms etc. or other computer programming/software routines that may damage, modify, delete, interfere with, intercept or access any system, data or personal information without authority.
2. Products for sale on this website
Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%. For international orders Australian GST is not applicable and will be removed at the time of checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, including without limitation any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any product or service acquired or ordered by you via our Website.
3. Purchase order and payment
Each order placed by you via our Website is an offer to purchase the product(s) selected by you in your Website shopping cart for the price (including delivery and other charges and taxes) specified on our Website at the time you place your order. Payment can be made by credit card and Paypal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card or PayPal account used to complete payment.
Orders must be paid in full at the time of placing your order via our Website. All prices listed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and must be paid in AUD. If you are ordering from outside Australia the charge to your card will be in AUD and your bank or credit card provider will determine the current exchange rate when you complete the transaction. We take no responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account, including any bank fees charged. Contact your bank or credit card provider for details. For international shipping rates send by email firstname.lastname@example.org your shipping address to obtain a quotation for shipping costs.
All orders placed through our Website will be confirmed by us by email. We reserve the right to reject your offer for any reason including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, or an error in price or in your order, and to refund any payment made by you, at any time prior to dispatch.
Latin Distinction uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders. Smaller parcels will be sent Express post and heavier parcels will be despatched through standard post. All parcels will need a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. A tracking facility will be available through the Australia website. A confirmation email will also be sent with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Deliveries can be tracked online at http://auspost.com.au/track/.
Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and received. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched by the next working day provided the products are in stock. Average delivery days are 02 days but no longer than 05 days. If you still have not received your order please urgently contact us on telephone or email. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. Latin Distinction is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect. Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
The risk in Products purchased from us will pass to you upon dispatch to our nominated carriers. This means that you are responsible for insuring the products which you purchase from us during transit, if you so wish.
5. Your Payment Security
Your payment process is protected by industry standard encryption so that we can guarantee that no one can intercept your credit/debit card details. You are fully protected while buying on line at Latin Distinction. Our business trading account is with NAB and our payment gateway is E-Way.
The payment process is protected by industry standard 128 bit SSL (SecureSocket Layer) encryption between the customer's browser and the Latin Distinction website, and again between the our site and the payment gateway. This prevents transaction information from being intercepted as it travels between the respective servers/computers.
Customer credit card details are collected at each order and are never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customer's financial information being accessed by any third-party.
A )Change of mind
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will refund the purchase price. Our refund of the purchase price is only valid if we receive the product within 30 days of the purchase date and subject to the following:
a) Quote your order or invoice number in our order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
b) When returning an item, we obviously ask that:
The garment has not been worn or washed,
All labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting.
The product in repackaged within the original wrapping or container.
Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Hosiery, hats, sox and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
B) Faulty product
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service by e-mail at email@example.com to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.
Latin Distinction and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access this web service. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the web service, your use of or reliance on the web service or any of the information or materials available on the web service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action
